Just because they are in office does not mean they are the cause. Nixon was a good president, LBJ screwed up the economy. Reagan did great things for this country's economy as well, in his second term. Every time we go to pre-emptive war, a Democrat is President (except Iraq war). Vietnam war was mainly started by LBJ, Truman = Korean war, etc.

Liberals are the true racists, their policies prove it. As to neo conservative...neato buzz word that skulls full of mush like yourself love to parrot, but conservatism has not changed, ergo there is nothing new, or "neo" about it. In addition, calling conservatives "neocons" is about as effective as the movement in the 70s to push the moniker "turkey". A sad and soon forgotten blip of history.
