2008.06.08 秋葉原通り魔無差別殺傷事件 秋葉原無差別殺傷------ ---- 　加藤容疑者は、昨年１１月から派遣会社の日研総業（東京都大田区）に登録。静岡県裾野市にあるトヨタグループの自動車メーカーの工場で働いていた。時給１３００円程度、月給は３０万円前後で、「お金に困っている様子はなかった」（日研総業）という。 　同僚の男性（４３）は「おとなしい人で、こんな事件を起こす人とは思えなかった」と驚く。勤務態度はまじめで欠勤や遅刻などはなかったが、犯行３日前の今月５日、いったん出勤した後に突然「作業着がない」などと大声をあげ、無断で帰ってしまったという。 　加藤容疑者は青森市出身で、東北一円に支店を持つ労働金庫に勤務する父親を持ち、家族４人で暮らしていた。中学校まで成績はトップクラスでテニス部に所属。県内トップの県立高校に進学した。高校では目立つ存在ではなかったが、元同級生は「人を寄せ付けない雰囲気があった」「ナイフを持ち歩いているとのうわさがあった」と話す。 　卒業後は岐阜県の自動車整備士を養成する短大に進学したが、自動車整備士の資格は取得せず、４年制大学への編入を志望していたという。約２年前には、仙台市に住む中学時代の同級生（２５）に「死にたくなったから、首都高で死ぬ」というメールを送り、その後、「車が駄目になるほどの事故を起こしたが、死にきれなかった」と話していたという。 　◆２日前から会社と連絡断つ◆ 　加藤容疑者が働いていた静岡県裾野市の自動車メーカー工場の工場長によると、加藤容疑者は５日朝、出勤して更衣室に入った直後に「作業着がない」と言って大声を出した。同僚が作業着を持ってきたところ、加藤容疑者はいなくなっていた。加藤容疑者のロッカーには、名前入りの作業着はあったという。 　派遣会社の日研総業によると、工場側から「加藤容疑者が怒って帰った」と連絡を受け、日研総業の担当者が５日午前、加藤容疑者方に行ったところ、加藤容疑者が自宅にいて「きょうは休みます」と答えた。 　翌６日、「加藤容疑者が来ていない」と工場から連絡を受けた日研総業が「加藤容疑者は６日も休む」と解釈、工場側に伝えたという。日研総業は６日午前から加藤容疑者と連絡を取ろうとしたが取れず、同日夕、再び担当者が自宅を訪れたが、不在だったという。 （2008年6月9日12時49分 読売新聞） Copyright(c) Nippon Television Network Corporation Copyright © The Yomiuri Shimbun. -------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------- 自動車産業系派遣業務の多くは各方面で常時求人募集がなされているにもかかわらず3ヶ月単位の契約更新による再雇用の形がとられているようです。 数年働くと社員登用されるという制度を設けていることが知られていますが現実にはさまざまな理由により条件雇用年数前に再雇用契約が結ばれないことが多く正規社員登用の条件を満たせなかったり、 勤続年数を満たし雇用状態にありながら社員登用試験の実施され不合格により社員登用から漏れるなどして、結果また新たな企業へ転々と派遣されているのが実情のようです。 (2008年6月9日18時42分 neetingspotjp)
