いつも境界線について考えるという建築家、谷尻誠。敷地と敷地、建築と家具、建築とアート、人と人など、様々な見えない意識の境界があるように、今回の DESIGNTIDE TOKYO 2008のメイン会場では 作品と作品、建築と洋服、展示会場と美術館といった境界線を取り除くことで、全体が混ざり合い、美しい風景になることがイメージされています。今回、５日間という短い期間に相応しい材料として、布（不織布）が使われています。

OnGround - Respire（呼吸） 「自 の中にある欲求を正直にカタチにする」を基本テーマとして、2年前に結成し作品を発表した「OnWall」がさらに一歩発展した。あわただしい毎日の中、ちょっと立ち止まって「どこかに矛盾を感じてない?」と自分に問いかける。そんな時間をいつでもどこでも持つための小さな空間、自分の呼吸の音に気づくためのシェルターを提案。
